This is what I posted below in response to there being NO customer service at PB:


Is it true that there is NO service?
I find that hard to believe given the time and effort I put in and the many positive comments I get?

You want bad service?
Try calling Direct TV or DEll or Gateway or Microsoft or Johnson and Johnson....etc.
