I faced this problem several times during my traditional season. Besides asking the opposing manager or the commish to delete the default lineups there is not a lot you can do. There is one other thing you can try. If your pitcher for game one is a LH start a RH instead. If he is a RH then start a LH instead. Sometimes a neglected team has a bad lineup only against pitchers from one side. I have done this when I decided that playing the games myself in a timely fasion was more important then keeping to my planned rotation. This is not an ideal solution but may be better than having the robot play your games if the commish does not respond in time.
