So, its 5:30 Central and the last two playoff games aren't on yet, despite the fact they were scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM this morning. No notice as to why the delay.

When the playoffs were delayed at the start, we were told it was due to roster issues that required work on the part pf the staff.

Then, games 3-5 weren't turned on until 3 or 4 hours late. Why?

And the robot didn't seem to start playing the unplayed 3-5 games until who knows when yesterday, certainly not until very late. Why?

Now, its a 6+ hour delay again. Why?

Mike, you set the schedule - I can understand and accept delays if a schedule was forced on you from outside, but you stated you and the staff would try to stick to the 11:00 AM Central start times.

Anyway, my "Whys?" are rhetorical, I don't want an explanation or apology anymore, I just want you to know why you are close to losing a customer.
