I found two instances from this season. The results were not good.
Choate 3.2IP, 8H, 5R, 5ER, 1BB, 3K, 20BF
Wunsch 1.2IP, 3H, 7R, 7ER, 4BB, 2K, 12BF
I do seem to recall having the reliever as starter go four scoreless innings one or twice, probably in seasons past. I hope this helps!
