It seems to me that the adjustment regarding "rusty players" which arises when a team sails through a playoff round Help The Away Team and HURT THE HOME TEAM.

I have a Series in G4 where my team won thier previous series in 5 games and now have about 7-10 players including veryday players like Chavez and M. Ordonez rusty (plus of course my ace relief pitchers).

It is true as home mgr, one has the ability to maneuver these players to get them "ready" but the HOME FIELD EDGE is LARGELY NULLIFIED when one has to do this.

I wish I could have won my first series in 6 games instead of 5 but my opposition would not cooperate and my team won all 3 road games.

Frustrated.
