While I find the lack of any adherance to schedule offensive, I am afraid anyone who has played for 5 years at this game would have to have come to expect this. A short scroll down this very message board would demonstrate that non-adherance to schedule is the rule rather than the exception.
In this case, with so much on the line, I think a heavy dose of 'caveat emptor' the wisest rule.

Yelling at PB staff for this is like yelling at a pig for rolling in mud - let it go -it's what pigs do.
