Maybe you should get the facts before you spew nonsense.
PB has NO employees and has had none since Teelscan sold PB to myself and several former Telescan technicians.
John Meredith and everyone else working on PB is part owner.
Telescan is no longer around.
PB is what it is for the moment and no "wake up call" is neeeded.
