I received an email from Mike that indicated that the late start of Robot play is actually not a late start but that they (as some unstated PB policy) allow extra time for the managers to play their home games. They don't make this known because it would encourage games being played late!

Now does that make any sense at all. Your unstated policy is to give the home teams some extra time to play games late but you don't tell anyone this because it may cause late games. That tells me its not so much technical issues as some may be thinking but that its more a personnel issue and cutting off time when its supposed to be.
