Last year I nominated 99 Rt 4 to be contracted. It is a 24 team league with 6 vacancies. The 6 have remained constant - at least until today. I went on the site and swas that the owner of the Prescott Javelinas has decided to opt out. He expressed dissatisfaction.I don't know if that goes for how he feels abvout PB in general or just the a league with 25% of it's teams unmanaged.
At, any rate, I agree with his dissatisfaction -at least in that league. I play in 3 RT leagues; opne has 1 unmanaged, 1 has 2. in those I make an average of 10 trades a year. In that league, if you don't count unmanaged trades, it's closer to 2.
