I realize tis is an idea in it's infancy, yet I would like to hear what the criteria are to be for rejecting trades. I hope it's along the lines of keeping balance in the league. Also, are there any times one of the board will recuse himself ( a trade affecting one of the teams in his division.)

All in all, I think its a terrific shot at improvement.
