And I disagree with that

This is just plain wrong. It has never been done that way here, and what's even more important, isn't done that way in MLB either. "Newbies" and the "browbeaten" are taken advantage of all the time in professional sports. Why should here be any different? Not to mention, I've had people make me offers that I thought were really unfair for them, people who weren't new or browbeaten. Do we protect them too, so they can go on and make a slightly less unfair trade the next week with one of our competitors?
I HATE salary cap leagues, but I would rather have one of those than to have my trade rejected because my team was too good.
