Heres my scenario, I have Syracuse in PB99 trad 3. I currently have a total team value of 99.868 with 26 players. Does this mean when I draft to bring my roster to the 35 man limit, I must draft 9 players with a total value of only 6.14? Also, what about during the season, say I can trade for a player that will put me over the 106, will the trade be rejected?

Just some qustions I have, please help..
