I took all 20 teams, added them up, divided by 20. From this number I used 95%(based on not all teams having cut players). After this I multiplied by 1.25 to get the cap figure.

I pretty sure that the top 27 PB values on each team is what will be used for the cap.

I would imagine my number estimate is withen 2-3 points on where it is going to be, and is to be used as a guideline to help some of the teams that are close. The actual cap may be 103, or it could be 108. A couple points shouldn't make a huge difference. Teams can use this number to plan ahead, if they choose.
