Sanberg was the dominant 2b of his decade. 1 MVP. Led all 2bs in OBP, BA, Slugging, Hrs, etc. 9 All star starts. and the best fielding percentage for a 2b since 1900.
Alomar? I don't know, but he always seemed to play to good numbers but lack game results.
Rose? When he entered baseball he knew the rule. That rule hasn't been changes. Until they make it okay for ANYONE who bet on baseball to be eligible for the HOF - HE'S OUT!

Shoeless Joe and the rest should suffer no worse fate than Joe. Perrsonally i think their should be a 'Hall of Infamy' wing in the hall of fame.
