I think Rose should be in the hall for the reasons stated by Ralphie. I do think he is a smuck though and would like to see him reinstated until after his eligibility to be voted in by the writers elapsed and let the veterans decide on him. He never should be allowed into an active position in MLB again -- certainly not one where he could affect games or where he has access to inside information. He has not shown remorse and now seems to be blaming others for his failure to admit what he did for 14 years. Eck and Moliyor have a right to be pissed at his timing too.

Alomar was one of the greatest 2nds of all time and his skills translated into many playoff runs and at least one championship. First ballot lock IMO.
