Alomar - yes, one of the best offensive 2B ever. Big numbers, enough said.

Sandberg - Was one of the best 2B in his era, but has not been voted in with 2 ballots now. He'll probably eventually get in, maybe on his 3rd or 4th ballot, but to me, I think true HOF players are first ballot guys.

Rose - you bet on baseball, probably against your own team. The guy is a slimeball. Yes, he has the numbers as a player to easily be in the HOF, but that all gets tarnished by his gambling as a manager.
