I only have 1 team in PB as of right now, a team I've been rebuilding for the last 5 years(this year I finally made the playoffs).

The value of my team is somewhere are 113. If you are going to have a cap this year, then we need a answer SOON. I'm not just gonna sit here and do nothing all offseason and then cut one or two good guys to get under the cap. If I have to be under a certain cap limit then I want to know NOW because people are making trades and I'm sure I could make some deals to get under the cap. Likewise, I'd like to fill some holes I have but I'm not going to trade a FA pick for a player I need if that's just going to put me futher over the cap.

So we need an answer to this now and not two months from now.
