The manual states that a reliever used as a starter
will be severly downgraded if he hasn't actually
started in the past year. Percival hasn't started
in five years and he pitches a 2 hit shutout.
What would he have done if he wasn't downgraded?
In Real Time 1 Schilling is 0-4 with an ERA of 5.4
The accepted difference in AL vs NL ERA's is .5
I'm sure Schillings performanc in the Senior
Divisions leaves much to be desired.
