I don't see what everyone is complaining about if it's a 106 cap as has been suggested + or - 3 and if you add the numbers that seems about right. It shouldn't cause that many major cuts. Trades should be made if you believe they can help you now if you think you can contend right away or in the future if your team is rebuilding. It doesn't matter if it helps the other team as long as it helps yourself and that's the pupose of trades to help your team not how it effects another team.
