Don't make an even trade with a high cap team between now and the FA draft. They would be getting the best of it by getting something for what they otherwise would cut for nothing.

If a high cap team demands full value, don't do the trade. Let them cut the guy and take your chances on picking him up in the FA draft.

The high cap team should realize they must give up more than they get. If they don't, let them get nothing.
