On the surface, it would seem pretty easy for PB to simply create a link allowing you to see all the players on the re-allocation list at once. There is obviously a database containing the information. That way we could see what was going to be available in the next free agent draft anytime during the year, which would allow us to trade free agent picks on a much more informed basis. Also, people then wouldn't be clamoring for "posting the free agent list".
