The suggestion made by the previous poster about having 3 game series is a very interesting one.

However; in my opinion doing so would create a scheduling nightmare because you would have to have two play periods and two roster manipulation periods per week. This would mean the play periods would have to be two days and the roster manipulation period one day. There are times (rarely but they happen) when I have to be a way from an internet connection for 2-3 days at a time. Sometimes I end up playing my games on Thursday or Friday, but occasionally I don't get to do it until Monday. For these reasons I think the current scheduling format is reasonable and should be left alone.

I for one am quite willing to concede to having 5 game series which is slightly different from real life in order that the common convenience of everyone involved in the process is enhanced.
