I always try and answer the questions asked(that was an easy one - and they asked it so many times). Your questions are sometimes the most difficult(I wish I could get my hands on the formulas that are used - but understand why it isn't available).

You expect a level of service and a certain way for things to work, and they haven't reached that yet for you.

It looks like Mike is actually starting to accept a bit more help from owners, which should help the game overall. This is a slow process though.

I see things two ways. One, if you have been here for 5-10 years, its easy to just be happy the game is still running. If your new(1-3 years), or want to bring others to the game, you hope for a game that is precise and always on time.

Hopefully the game will reach a level that will make you happy, and allow others to come to the game and keep it populated.
