I realize you try to answer the questions. I thank you for your efforts. Unfortunately, I sometimes confuse the messenger with the message. I would love to hear from someone in the know, "that's how it's supposed to work, sometimes it doesn't. Sorry" or "We'll get that info into the manual."

I understand everyone is busy. I really like this game. if not, I don't think the glitches would frustrate me so.
