He looks like a guy who had some injury problems and missed development time. 2003 was a big gain, so it remains to be seen if he can sustain it. He has potential. He'd be worth a round 1-2 free agent pick (if he was in the FA pool). He could be traded for via a FA draft upgrade (possibly a FA1-2 for a FA7-8). Or part of a package deal.
