While I would prefer an earlier start (i.e. March 2) and earlier start to the season, those dates are okay. I particularly support the concept of a brief trading period between the Rookie and FA drafts so that managers with PB limit problems can see what they get in the rookie drafts (and the cumulative PB totals of their players)and have an opportunity to make post-rookie draft roster adjustments through trades before the PB limit is imposed at 27 man cutdown time.
