Fair enough...but...
When I do not answer fully it is because I have no answer or short of time.
My point is that there is no point in going over the same dirty laundry on the board when the problems are obvious and chronic.
If you feel you are getting bad service I certainly sympathize but how often do I have to explain the situation before you get it?
Moaning about it on the board may give you some satisfaction but it does nothing positive.
You may choose to believe I react to public harrassement faster than to emails but the opposite is true, as I always look at email first and only look at the board when everything else is taken care of.
FYI: I approved an RT trade before the end of the RT WS because I goofed. I have been scratching my head as to whether I did this or not ( a trade seems to be missing from the board) and have gotten no email about it? It would be nice to know which teams/league and players were moved and if it had any impact on the WS? I suppose I would hear if it had?
This will happen until the system is more automated but it will not be for a long time considering our priority list...I try to watch this carefully but it has happened before.
