Good idea on trades after setting FA order. This gives teams that are rebuilding a chance to move a top 5 FA pick(if they get it) for younger players that might help them in the long run.

Will there also be a unmanaged team trades?

Another thought would be to give the unmanaged teams the first picks in the FA draft. Then random the rest. This would help those teams that much quicker.
