I agree with a trading period, but agree that unequal player trades after the cut to 27 will lead people to have less than a 35 man roster to start the season...which was always a key season opening roster number.

I have made trades all ready to help get below the cap after the cut to 27...much to my chagrin. It's called cutting payroll.
