Rebuilding teams
In 24 team RT leagues, I don't think the FA draft really affects the rebuilding process much. There are generally only 2-3 difference makers if any. Also, at the time of the draft last year, Young's numbers were not very good and I still think Loaiza is no sure thing going forward.
In the 20 team TRAD leagues, the FA draft is considerably deeper and contains a few young, rebuilding friendly players. The RK draft in both leagues is still the way to go for rebuilding IMO and favors the teams with the worst record.
I like the excitment of the randomness in the FA draft and the set up of the RK draft, though I think I would change the lottery portion of the RK draft from the 8 worst teams to the 4 worst teams in the 20 team leagues.
