I understand your strategy, Brian, and it may work for you. I only played in one LL and then joined a Real Time League, and I did many things in the LL just to test the system also. But my interest is in Real Time Leagues, and I think this is the most realistic game available. That said, there are always improvements that can be made. Elminster said in his post that many pitchers have pitched on short rest in the World Series, and while that is true, most of them came back on two days rest. None of them started on consecutive days. I just feel that, in the interest of realism, Glavine should have been severly downgraded in this type scenario.
