I agree PB value isn't being used.

Clarifying a list is made that orders the top 50 players, regardless of PB value. This same list is applied to all the leagues unmanaged teams. When it is time to draft, they use this list.

Thus each unmanaged team in all the different leagues uses the same list.

This year maybe we can chart what players unmanaged teams take and see if we can come up with some type of player order....hmmm, too much time on my hands(not that I actually have it).
