Great analysis. I've always tried to avoid drafting SP in the 1st round of the rookie draft, and now I see why. Typically, I've usually only have room to keep one rookie after the 27 man cut, and it's always been a position player that can help out that season or is expected to the next... this analysis just reaffirmed my strategy, although it seems that alot of good players can be had in the 2nd round of the draft.

I'm still waiting for this year's rookie draft order prediction threads. Who is everyone's consensus #1 overall? top 10? Dontrelle Willis looks to be a sure #1 in most leagues, but I don't think it's as certain as Pujols was last season.
