This does not happen often but is very irritating. I just had a team accept a trade proposal of mine and then they later forwarded a message saying they made a mistake accepting the trade and sent Mike an e-mail to break te trade.

How does this happen?

To accept a trade is a 2-step process. If you press acccept, you still have to put your password in etc...while Rejecting a trade is a 1-step process.

Without directly questioning the mgr's intent, how do I know that he doesn't have several offers out on the table and had a "better deal" accepted after he accepted mine?

Frustrating at a minimum.

Makes me wonder why I don't throw 3 deals out at a time and come back with the "oops, i did not mean to accept the offer" explanation myself.
