I've accepted a trade by mistake myself in the past. I didn't relize you could reject a trade offer without putting in your username/pass. What I did what put in my username/pass and then I hit enter out of habit which accepted the trade.


What I did, and I think anyone should do, is immediatly emailed both the commish and the person who proposed the trade that way he would know that it was a mistake and I didn't just happen to get a better offer later.(If you compare the time of the email to the time the trade was accepted you could see I was being honest)
