ARod is unbelievable but Soriano plus Contreras is a lot to go the other way also. (I am assuming it is Contreras). Those two, with the financial relief, makes this a very good deal for the Rangers IMO. I do think this is a good deal for the Yanks also and one only they and about two other teams could ever do, but, especially if they park one of the greatest SS to ever play the game IMO at third in his prime, may not be as successful as they hope. Remember, the only possible successful season for them is a WS championship -- everything else is a failure.
