Because I don't know the basis for Ken's numbers and I did a swag based on things I've seen with players I know of.

Mine is not scientific... mine is a wild guess... I just don't think the system passes the reality check. I wish I had a complete list of all players and their PB values so I could attack the problem more scientifically.
