I guess my point of frustration is
That once in the playoffs anything can happen.
I have teams that make the playoffs every year... and are one of the top 2 teams in the league "on paper" but get knocked out in the first round every year.
Its frustrating to me that I am told that we need rules to make it so everyone has a chance to win when I consider that in a couple leagues I am the main one affected by the rule.... and I'm NOT WINNING as it is. {Winning here is defined as League Championsip}
I have to ask.... What is the point of the cap?
If the point is to keep the top teams from making the playoffs every year then I think its ineffective because the top teams will still make the playoffs... they just may be short a couple players that make the difference in whether they are the division winner or the wild card.
If the point is to keep the very top teams from winning the league championship every year then I say the cap is not needed because the top teams don't win the championship every year.
I'm frustrated and I need a reason to feel good about this situation.
