This would be less than great news! I know "stuff" happens but count me as disappointed and frustrated if these changes take place.

Furthermore, I do not think PB Cap Limits should change at this point. Many mgrs have spent alot of time and creative energy working their teams to fit and at this late date having the figures change is not right.

I say live with the existing PB Caps that were announced and if ball park changes impact things, live with it.
