I've already made numerous trades in a number of my leagues to get down to the PB cap. To have PB values change only a couple of weeks before the draft with no advance notice is too much. Let's hope the change isn't meaningful but, if it is, I think Mike needs to figure out a way to have the changes not have any impact.
