Last year I believe (I could be mistaken) that the park effects were updated after the free agent draft.

I remember drafting Andy Benes thinking I was getting a certain grade and clutch and then it changed on me after I drafted him.

At that point the PB value part of the equation doesn't matter.... but its rough drafting thinking you are getting a certain grade pitcher and then having it change on you.

On the flip side.... having PB values changed by the park effects update right before the draft is also rough.

I don't see a good answer.
