I agree...the cap was set at 106...and I have made trades to get below the cap already. Now, to have it readjusted seems unfair. If I now suddenly dropped my team PB, then I didn't have to make the salary dumping trades I made...and I could have kept some better players.
The re-evaluation should be postponed until after the rookie draft, and cut to 27.
