Of course the cap is still 106 in 20 team leagues and 96 in 24 team leagues.

Your PB totals may change somewhat depending on the parks your players play in. In most cases the pitcher parks will cancel out the hitter parks and there will be no net effect.

In addition this effects only 10-15% of the teams who are near the cap.
