I find it hard to believe the deep consternation after I state that the PB value system has flaws!

What salary cap system does not have flaws?

If you think you are getting suckered for a few percentage points one way or another because the PB value algorithms are not perfect---just imagine how NBA owners feel. Or MLB GMS contending with so called "premier" free agents and the resultant picks they must give up when signing them...

Yes the algorithms could be fixed. So could a lot of things about this very complex little game we play. But could we not just once enjoy what we have and leave it at that?

I have explained many times that we do not have the programming resources to fix things until we find a way to attract more people. Please be aware once and for all that ALL our resources will be focused on two things until those extra people become PB managers:

1. Keeping the system going. Not always the minute you want it going but going none the less.

2. Attracting those new people.
