Is it OK to have a team make sub-optimal trades going off a fixed set of criteria and then change the criteria afterwards if it's only a few teams ? What about teams who made trades they never would've made and now find out they didn't have to ?
To say that it's OK because it's only a few teams doesn't work for me. Either use the old numbers until after the cut or bump the CAP upwards a few points but to have teams fine tuning their rosters and then move the finish line is terrible.
