There is obviously no way of knowing the answer to your second question until the adjustment is made. As to the first, I had around 12 of my 18 teams affected, some by as many as 16 or 17 points (i.e. team values of 122 - 123). However, after major trading activity over the last two months, I have all but one or two teams under the cap although it will ultimately depend on who I get in the rookie drafts and what their point values are.
