I'm not at 25 players.... and I'm not going to cut those players until the last day. I retain the players so that I can retain flexibility in who I keep if I have a cap issue after the rookie draft. If I cut everyone now then
(a) I can't make more trades without risking only having 26 players after the draft.
(b) If I have a cap problem I may have to cut to 26 to get under if I don't have options

So yes, you can probably subtract about 3 or 4 points from my current 106. But unless you are telling me I have to use the draft picks on players with a PB value of 0.1 then I also have to allow for some PB value room for players I draft.

In K15 for example I am guessing that I'll add something between 3 and 4 points when I draft rookies.

So drop 3-4 points for cuts.... add 3-4 points for draft picks.... and I'm right back there within a point of 106.
