I'm trying to see if 125% cap had the proper effect of making a couple teams do some dramatic cuts per league. I then wanted to see if the PB change increased this number, or decreased this number. Teams like yours are a perfect team to watch, since you have cut to 24 and are close to the cap. A team with 32 players that is close to the cap isn't really that close. In theory 60 teams should have been affected. Since no team names were given, nor leagues, we are limited on what data we can get. In 15 I knew Tim's team and Wabash were very close to the cap, but that is it, so I'll watch them.

If we were to see 20-30 teams jump 5-10 points above the cap after they made cuts/trades down to 25 players and below the 106, then I'd pass this info on.
