I have sent the park effects data to John Meredith and hope to have the new numbers in force tonight.

I believe it is important to get these numbers up as soon as possible because many managers may choose to change parks and need these numbers to make an informed decision.

There are very few teams that have cap problems and their managers are the best on the system. They are often also some of the most active on the trade boards.

If the changes can be up almost two weeks before the draft, I do not think that is going to create huge problems for anyone. It is indeed possible that he changes will put zero teams over the cap. On the other hand, waiting two weeks to post the new park effects numbers would be unfair to the majority of managers.
