Mike, both I and a poster named Gary suggested waiting until after the rookie draft (in the Breaking News/PB Cap Changes/Draft Date Changes thread below) before you responded in that thread and started the Validity of Cap thread. So the idea of waiting was broached before you left, or at least during a time when you were responding to the thread, but you did not acknowledge it. I'm not saying this as an accusation, but from my perspective you did not answer why the adjustment most occur before the draft, instead taking time to defend the nature of PB values and explain why it hadn't been switched yet.

I'm not going to argue about your reasoning that owners possibly changing parks supercedes the possible impact on teams near the cap when PB values change. I don't agree, but at least it is a reason.

But this was not a resource question, and there was time to discuss it. I'm sorry you feel I was suggesting you aren't responsive - I think you are, but I also think you sometimes defend the situation more than explain the situation, and in the process miss valid suggestions.
